Wormald’s Dry Chemical Vehicle Suppression System is a pre-engineered system designed for protection of industrial equipment operating in areas such as mining, waste handling, forestry and construction.

The ANSUL® A-101 fire suppression system uses ANSUL® FORAY® multipurpose dry chemical agent to quickly suppress fires. The fixed-nozzle system can be designed to “flood” entire areas with dry chemical agent, or can have the nozzles pre-aimed at specific high-hazard areas. It is available in a range of container sizes – 13.6kg, 22.7kg, 56.7kg and 113.4kg, with an optional extended discharge available for specific high risk applications.

The ANSUL® A-101 system utilises automatic fire detection and actuation with manual operation by both local and remote actuators.

The system is FM Global approved and it is AS 5062-2006 compliant.
