Wormald celebrates 125 years of fire protection
26 March 2014: This March, leading fire protection specialist Wormald celebrated 125 years of operation.
Wormald was established in Australia in 1889 by brothers Joseph and Harry Wormald. Ten years later, the first Wormald system was installed in New Zealand at Northern Roller Mills in Auckland.
In 1990, Wormald joined Tyco, the world’s leading fire and security company which operates in almost 50 countries. Wormald is now Australasia’s leading provider of fire protection solutions to businesses and homes across Australia and New Zealand.
